Our standalone DI services are essentially split into two complementary service streams focused on data and people.
The primary objective of Data Enablement is to define and deliver a roadmap that harnesses the value and role of an organisation's data assets to meet their short and long-term objectives. The solutions we typically deliver will include stakeholder workshops, data and tech stack scorecarding, KPI measurement planning, data layer implementation through to data visualisation and dashboarding.
Working alongside our Digital Operations Services team this consultancy arm is focused on building the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics and optimisation outputs.
This can include adhoc consultancy, training to enhance existing teams’ capability, right through to providing fully managed analysis and optimisation programmes. With this approach we can provide the optimal value based on the individual attributes of a business rather than just deliver solutions that overlap with existing capability.
We have also built a suite of custom insight tools that can be used to support specific tactical projects, such as maximising the value of content and improving the ROI from conversion optimisation programmes.
