Emma Nicol Chief Client Officer
Emma became Amaze’s Chief Client Officer following her success as Client Services Director. She is responsible for the relationships we have with our clients and is passionate about ensuring each and every client experiences the highest quality service from the Amaze team. She believes we work best with our clients as partners, creating the setting where high quality thinking and great work can flourish.
She has also been the senior sponsor for key Amaze accounts such as Unilever, Virgin Trains East Coast, Forevermark, Wacoal, NSPCC and Lexus.
Recently voted one of BIMA’s Hot 100, Emma is passionate about the digital skills agenda. She is a frequent speaker at forum events, working closely with the team at BIMA to establish a programme of activities addressing the major challenges of client services.
