Amaze, has successfully delivered the first phase of a new B2B eCommerce solution for the lingerie and swimwear specialist Wacoal Europe.
Operating primarily in the B2B and wholesale space, Wacoal Europe is made up of six separate lingerie and swimwear brands, including their own successful Wacoal brand and well-known brands such as, Fantasie, Freya and Elomi. As part of wider digital growth plans to support and improve its customer experience and achieve greater operational efficiency, Wacoal Europe appointed Amaze to design and build a B2B eCommerce platform, as well as provide technical and strategic consultancy.
The resulting eCommerce solution has been launched in English, with plans to roll out other global languages in the future. The new web solution has been uniquely customised and personalised to the needs of individual B2B customers, allowing the user experience to be tailored according to specific markets.
Using the new system, customers can view their account online, place orders and review order history and download invoices. Sophisticated search functionality, real-time stock availability and downloadable resources such as marketing material have been designed to help customers and improve user experience.
