New Loyalty App for Pizza Hut

New Loyalty App for Pizza Hut

Amaze has supported Pizza Hut Restaurants in the development and launch of its new loyalty app for customers, which is available on iOS and Android.

In phase one, the new app will allow customers to book tables, order take-away and collect rewards when dining in. Rewards include a choice of free food, such as free sides or pizza as a reward after three and six visits respectively. Additional offers like free desserts and money off vouchers are also available. The app forms part of a wider strategy to appeal to the millennial market.

The app is also the latest development in the brand’s move toward a ‘single customer view’ – looking at guest’s digital behaviour across digital and CRM.

It is also the first digital execution of the Pizza Hut Restaurants’ new look and feel, featuring a neon pallet of colour, designed specifically to appeal to a younger market.

Victoria Clarke, Head of Marketing for Pizza Hut Restaurants said: “We are delighted to announce the launch of our new loyalty app, an initiative which will help our guests find our restaurants easily, view the menu and importantly earn loyalty rewards every time they come.

“Developed with millennials in mind, the app has a striking new design and offers loyalty rewards, which we know this audience particularly values. The new app will play a key role in supporting our business needs as we progress with our integrated campaign and new website launch.”

Caroline Pankhurst, Business Director, at Amaze, says:  “We are thrilled to be working once again with such an established and well regarded national brand. In helping develop the app, the team has concentrated heavily on the valuable millennials market and created an experience that appeals specifically to them.

“The result is an enhanced customer experience with more insight into consumer behaviours, which critically, will help Pizza Hut Restaurants inform future marketing decisions and support in its commercial growth plans too.”

Amaze has worked with the brand for the last three years, initially launching its website back in 2013. In this latest initiative Amaze was responsible for the design and user experience, working in conjunction with Adactus who were responsible for the app build.
