Amaze has been appointed by Emirates Airline, as its global digital partner.
The company has run a competitive tender process in its search for a top tier global partner that can assist the highly successful corporation in fulfilling its ambitions in the digital domain.
Amaze’s initial engagement is to work with Emirates, delivering enterprise architecture consultancy and implementation services across its web platform. The intent is to continue to enhance the organisation’s ability to deliver customer service excellence across its digital platforms, as part of its broader omni-channel strategy.
The remit will also cover dnata.com. dnata, part of The Emirates Group, is one of the largest combined air services providers in the world.
