We are looking for a Resourcer to join our HR team in Manchester. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for the sourcing and qualification of skilled professionals as well as co-ordination of interviews and general team admin.
The successful candidate will previous experience of digital recruitment, ideally in an agency environment and will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
This role will offer an amazing opportunity to place people into award winning teams and gain invaluable experience in internal recruitment. Covering a variety of roles, you’ll be responsible for hiring quality candidates from entry to director level.

- Sourcing candidates for highly skilled digital roles both permanent and contract
- Headhunting on LinkedIn
- Managing incoming applications
- Qualifying candidates to a high level
- Issuing contracts
- Maintaining internal pages
- Experience in digital recruitment
- Understanding of headhunting techniques
- Strong communication skills
- A caring approach and a natural ability to help others
- An inside out understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- An understanding of either the North West or London markets
- Recruitment Agency experience
- Knowledge of any one of our core workstreams (Tech, UX, Client Services, Design, Creative, Project Management etc.)
- Understand of Recruitment Law
