Digital Account Manager

Manchester / Permanent

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a fast-paced team which focuses on delivering excellent creative digital communications for one of our longest standing and key retail clients. This role sits within the client service department and will be based in our Manchester office and report into the Senior Account Director.


What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering for clients just as much as we do. We’d ideally like you to have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an agency-side client services or producer role, working with clients directly
  • General understanding of all communications channels but a strong and demonstrable focus on delivering digital campaigns which integrate with campaign/brand/ATL activity (Display, Email, DOOH, Campaign sites, digital POS)
  • A good understanding of analytics and performance optimisation
  • Experience in working to deliver campaigns against an overarching digital communications strategy and campaign plans, as well as some understanding of design & development including areas such as SEO, analytics and content planning
  • Pride and ownership in your work
  • Confidence in communicating proposals and presentations in a formal environment



You’ll be managing relationships with our clients on a day-to-day basis, as well as working alongside a team of digital experts to deliver an exciting and varied programme of work.

Manage and Grow Profitable Accounts

  • Have a keen focus on the commercial performance of your given accounts with a specific focus on revenue and profitability targets
  • Understand and promote the full service offering of AmazeRealise and St Ives
  • Support your Account Director/Business Director to plan and execute your account action plans and roadmaps
  • Working with the Senior Account Director to identify and execute new opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date pipeline, ensuring these details are shared with the project team
  • Prepare proposals in response to a client campaign brief and oversee the production of the response ensuring it’s delivered within budget and on time


Know Your Clients’ Business

  • Understand your clients’ organisational structure and goals
  • Immerse yourself in their industry, including challenges, competitors and commercial issues


Grow Strong Client Relationships

  • Work with your Senior Account Director to monitor and maximise client satisfaction on your given accounts
  • Be the eyes and ears of AmazeRealise. Build strong, trusting relationships with your client(s)
  • Involve the right people and specialists at the right time to support the client relationship


Deliver Marketing Support


  • Produce marketing support packs for all completed projects
  • Help your Account/Business Director to win new business through pitch preparation such as providing research, insight and views on company


Live and Breathe Digital

  • Engage with the AmazeRealise client service training programme to continually develop your knowledge of digital and the AmazeRealise proposition
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations
  • Proactively seek out and attend industry events
  • Proactively seek out and share best practice and thought leadership with your client(s) and team
