Max ‘Real’ interaction seeker
Max prefers the face to face of human relationships. That’s not to say he doesn’t use Snapchat, Instagram or Facetime, but he sees a downside to social media as people adopt personas that aren’t their own and say things on social they wouldn’t say face to face.
Max values ‘real’ interaction. That’s why, when he does use social media, he prefers Snapchat, because “it’s more true of what [people] actually are like”. On the other hand, Facebook has become “boring” and he doesn’t like Twitter because “if an argument happens, then it’s always on Twitter”.
When Max was considering university he used online research to conclude that an apprenticeship would be his better option.
