Laithwaites Wine, the UK’s largest independent wine merchant, with an annual turnover of £250m and over 800,000 customers, has hired specialist digital relationship marketing and eCRM strategy specialists Underwired Amaze.
Underwired Amaze is the leading eCRM strategy agency, creating eCRM programmes delivered through email, web, mobile, CRM hubs and social media.
