Amaze has been appointed by luxury holiday company, International Travel Connections (ITC), to develop a digital marketing strategy across three brands.

ITC Classics, along with two sister brands, Mauritius Connection and Caribbean Connection, specialise in designing bespoke holidays with luxury and opulence in mind.

Amaze has been appointed as ITC’s strategic online marketing partner to devise and implement their whole online strategy for the three brands including site optimisation. The digital company will also be responsible for acquisition & retention strategic planning which will incorporate SEO, PPC and Social Media. The overall objective will be to grow market share, drive online revenue and reaffirm ITC’s brand proposition as a leading provider of individually tailored dream holidays.

In 2009, Amaze is initially implementing optimisation strategies across the brand sites. As one of only five Google-accredited companies in the UK and the only one in the North West, Amaze will be implementing Google Analytics across all sites along with additional analytics technology to provide a rounded view of onsite performance and user behavior.

Matthew Poole, E-Commerce Manager at ITC Classics, said: “Our holidays are meticulously crafted around the customer. From the very first conversation, we take time to learn about their individual desires then use our first hand knowledge and expertise to create a truly unique holiday experience. Through our digital campaigns, we aim to engage consumers, addressing new behaviours in purchasing travel online through a variety of digital marketing techniques from SEO to social media and onsite engagement.”

The account win follows a successful SEO campaign facilitated by Amaze. Amaze Partner, Paul Carysforth, said: ”We have developed a strong relationship with ITC Classics through the SEO campaign and are excited to be able to optimise their online strategy to achieve growth targets.”
