Tunde Cockshott, Strategy Consultant and Karen Peteers, Senior Manager of Marketing Services at Toyota Marketing Europe, will present - A break from the norm: The new age automotive website, at Internet World on Tuesday 24th April.

The presentation is based on the following synopsis.

“Automotive websites are exactly the same. There's a beautiful picture of their hero model on the homepage and the user can select where to go by 'clicking' on a promotion box or drop down, often needing to 'hunt' to find the information they're looking for. The new Toyota website breaks away from this norm. During the presentation we’ll explore the research behind the new Toyota website, and demonstrate what this has meant in reality. How has it impacted on the design and navigation of the website. And, more importantly, how are customers responding to the new age automotive website.

The presentation will take place between 13.50 and 14.20 in the Content Management Theatre.
