Following the successful launch of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) website, HCA is working with Amaze to continue the development of the site.

HCA Website

Amaze, the marketing and technology company, was originally appointed to design the new HCA website to meet the tight deadline of 1 December, timed to coincide with the creation of the new agency.

The Homes and Communities Agency is the national housing and regeneration delivery agency for England with a role to create thriving communities and affordable homes.

Previously three separate agencies, the HCA combines the land and property expertise of English Partnerships, the Housing Corporation’s track record of delivering affordable homes and the Academy for Sustainable Communities’ knowledge of creating and renewing high quality places as well as a number of delivery programmes from the department for Communities and Local Government.

Natalie Gross, Managing Partner of Amaze said: “The initial build of the site had an incredibly tight deadline and I am proud that the team managed to deliver the website, ensuring the launch of the newly-formed agency was a success.

“We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with HCA and introducing new elements to the website over the coming months.”

Helena Ball, New Media Co-ordinator at HCA, said: “In order to ensure people were aware of the new agency, it was essential that the website was the main resource, allowing people to find the correct contacts and access the information that they rely on.

“We were delighted with Amaze’s build and delivery of the site and are pleased to continue working with the talented team. There is no doubt that the website will continue to evolve as we learn what our users require and recognition of the agency, along with knowledge of what we do, grows”

Amaze will continue to oversee the development of the website, introducing further functionality including a branding download section allowing partner agencies to easily download approved images and logos for inclusion on their own sites. The company will also be providing additional marketing services including web banner advertising to drive traffic to the new site.

Amaze has previously enjoyed success with English Partnerships and other government bodies and the completion of this new project continues that strong body of work.

The three former agency websites will be phased out over time once it is clear visitors use the new website as their main resource.
