Following the successful launch of the Lexus Europe website, Amaze has been retained by the car manufacturer following a six-way pitch.

Amaze launched the Lexus Europe website in late 2007 and throughout this year a total of 39 market-specific websites have been rolled out across 33 countries featuring 28 languages.

The digital agency will continue to provide web support and core development work for all markets across Europe covering technical strategy, site usability, rollout and implementation. In addition, Amaze will provide support for web managers across all of the core markets.

As part of the new website, Amaze has already developed a selection of web assets
including a car configurator which enables customers to build their ideal Lexus vehicle, interior and exterior colour choosers and Flash movies which detail the benefits of Hybrid technology.

In addition to the European website, the digital agency has created individual sites for dealers including 56 across the UK,, 26 in France and 20 in Spain.

Said Natalie Gross, Managing Partner at Amaze: “We have built a strong relationship with Lexus over the last four years and look forward to playing an instrumental part in moving forward the brand’s presence online.”

Said Amanda Griffiths, Head of Managed Services at Amaze: “The European roll out operation has been a key factor in the renewal of the agreement with Lexus. Throughout the project we’ve grown from 18 to 33 countries and helped Lexus increase their presence across Europe which could only have been achieved with the expertise of the multi-lingual staff within the agency.”
