Pan-European digital consumer engagement programme for world-leading tyre manufacturer, Bridgestone.

Our challenge was to develop a strategic roadmap which would align a disparate suite of websites across Europe in different languages, and focus them on engaging multiple users in the complex process of online tyre selection.

The first step was a far-reaching requirements capture exercise across the business which then informed the development of customer clusters and consumer-based focus groups. The results were invaluable insight into both consumer and business requirements, expectations and behaviour.

This enabled us to create an extensive digital manifesto for taking Bridgestone’s digital business forward in the future. This strategic approach along with a governance model is currently being rolled out across Europe by Amaze’s Managed Services team.
