Co-founded by digital media luminary Roy Stringer, a self-professed 'Hypermedia Architect', we very quickly established a reputation for digital innovation.
We developed an obsession for creating the vocabulary of the promised digital age. These include the Navihedron (1997) a non-hierarchical information architecture tool allowing intuitive navigation of the network space and the Noodlebox (1998), which achieved global recognition and is permanently installed in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (www.noodlebox.com).
In late 2007, Amaze became part of the Hasgrove Group. Since then Amaze has enjoyed 5 years of successful growth and we have established ourselves as a leading marketing and technology consultancy.
We enjoy long-term relationships with our clients and have built an enviable reputation through successfully implementing digital solutions on a global scale for clients including Toyota, Lexus, Unilever, Coats and ASICS.
In 2012 we ranked 12th in Marketing Magazine’s Digital Agency League Table – as well as 4th in eCommerce and 5th in mobile. We are 18th in the UK’s Top 100 Interactive Agencies by New Media Age (NMA) and 3rd in the website design and build category – a top five position we have held for the past three years. We also ranked 2nd in the 2012 B2B Marketing Marcomms Agencies League Table and global industry experts, Forrester, placed us within the UK’s top ten interactive agencies.
In early 2013, Amaze was acquired by St Ives Group plc to establish a new digital solutions pillar within the Group’s Marketing Services division. Becoming part of the St Ives Group provides us with the support and investment to accelerate our growth and expand into new territories.
